If you have General Manager dealership experience, a dynamic personality, a great worth ethic and searching for a long and rewarding career, you have the vital characteristics we’re looking for. Brand Experience needed for candidates to be considered: BMW, Mini, Audi and Porsche. Qualified candidates will possess the following: 5+ years’ experience as automotive dealership General Manager Demonstrated knowledge of Dealership budgeting, expenses, and Finance practices Demonstrated and proven Business Acumen Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization Adept at training and leading management and staff in keeping with dealership strategy High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and computer applications What We Offer: 1.
